What Are You Grateful For?

It’s helpful to take a moment to be grateful for what you appreciate about your life. You get more of what you think about, so certainly thinking about what you already enjoy is a great first step in creating the life you want.
Family, friends, work, co-workers, your health, the health of those you love, your animal pals, the food you enjoy, the plants that make your home beautiful, a cup of hot tea, a nice glass of wine, a beautiful sunrise (or sunset depending on your favorite time of day!), having a job, not having a job so you can find just the right thing, the sound of a child’s laugh, the sound of silence in the morning when you meditate, the unexpected call from a friend….

What are you grateful for?
Life has alwyas been very kind on me. Though I don’t know whom to be grateful, but I have gratitude for all people around my life activities. Thankfulness and gratefulness, if expressed from the depth of one’s heart with all truthfulness makes Mircales happen.
